Admissions

We accompany each admission process in a personalized manner, providing guidance, care, and a comprehensive assessment to ensure the well-being and best possible adaptation of each resident.

The team of professionals leading the admission process will guide families and respond to inquiries regarding the resident’s care needs. In addition, they will provide information and guidance about the admission procedures for entering the Residence, based on an assessment of medical, social, and psychological aspects.

The Admissions and Guidance Department will support families throughout the process and provide answers to questions related to the person’s care needs. It will also offer information and advice regarding the admission process to the Residence through a comprehensive evaluation of medical, social, and psychological factors.

The admission process will begin taking into consideration:

  • Room/bed availability. We will verify whether suitable accommodations are available to meet the resident’s needs.

  • Care requirements. We will assess the level of dependency and specific care needs to ensure that we can provide the appropriate level of attention and support.
